By registering an account, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration.
  • Update your account information when necessary to keep it accurate.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Take responsibility for activities carried out through your account.
  • Notify Vanock promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access or suspicious activity involving your account.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) personal account unless Vanock expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.

Vanock may reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where the registration information is false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise violates these Terms.

7. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Vanock may require identity verification where necessary to protect the Platform, prevent fraud, process certain transactions, or comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Depending on the service or program involved, verification may include:

  • Government-issued photo identification.
  • Passport.
  • National identity card.
  • Driver's licence.
  • Proof of residential address.
  • Selfie or live facial verification.
  • Business registration documents for corporate accounts.
  • Other documentation reasonably required for verification.

If requested verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, Vanock may restrict access to certain account features or services until verification is completed.

Submitting forged, altered, stolen, or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination and, where required, referral to the appropriate authorities.

8. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) & FINANCIAL CRIME PREVENTION

Vanock is committed to preventing the Platform from being used for unlawful financial activities. Users must not use Vanock to facilitate or participate in:

  • Money laundering.
  • Terrorist financing.
  • Fraud or identity theft.
  • Bribery or corruption.
  • Sanctions violations or evasion.
  • Tax-related unlawful activity.
  • Transactions involving proceeds of crime.
  • Any other unlawful financial activity.

Vanock may monitor account activity and transactions where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

Vanock may delay, restrict, refuse, or cancel transactions that raise security or compliance concerns. Where legally required, information concerning suspected unlawful activity may be provided to relevant authorities.

9. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account and access credentials.

You agree to:

  • Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Enable available security features where offered.
  • Never knowingly share your login credentials with another person.
  • Log out when using shared or public devices.

Vanock will not be responsible for losses resulting from the user's failure to take reasonable measures to protect their account, including compromised credentials, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

10. USDT CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

Vanock may accept Tether (USDT) as a payment method for eligible products, services, sponsorship plans, and other transactions made available through the Platform.

Where you choose to pay using USDT:

  • You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the wallet address provided by Vanock.
  • You must use the blockchain network specified by Vanock for the transaction.
  • Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.
  • Payments sent to an incorrect wallet address or unsupported network may not be recoverable.
  • You are responsible for applicable network, wallet, exchange, or other third-party transaction fees.

Vanock is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, incorrect payment amounts, or other user errors.

11. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A USDT payment will be considered received once the transaction has been successfully detected, verified, and sufficiently confirmed on the applicable blockchain network.

Processing may be delayed due to:

  • Blockchain network congestion.
  • Insufficient confirmations.
  • Security or transaction reviews.
  • Technical or network-related issues.
  • Other circumstances affecting payment verification.

Access to a product, sponsorship plan, reward, or other service dependent on payment may not be activated until the payment has been successfully confirmed.

12. PRICING & CURRENCY

Prices for books, merchandise, sponsorship plans, digital products, and other services may be displayed in USDT or another currency for convenience.

Where currency conversions are displayed:

  • The displayed conversion may be an estimate.
  • Exchange rates may change over time.
  • The final amount payable will be the amount stated at checkout or in the applicable transaction terms.

Users are responsible for any exchange-rate differences, conversion costs, or third-party fees associated with their chosen payment method.

13. REFUNDS FOR CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

Because blockchain transactions may be irreversible, refunds for USDT payments are subject to Vanock's applicable refund policy and the specific terms of the product or program involved.

Where a refund is approved:

  • It may be issued in USDT or another payment method supported by Vanock.
  • Applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted.
  • The refund will generally be based on the amount and terms of the original transaction rather than subsequent changes in cryptocurrency value.

Certain products, digital products, sponsorships, or other transactions may have specific refund conditions. Users should review the applicable terms before completing a transaction.

14. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

Vanock may temporarily restrict or suspend access to an account, payment service, reward feature, sponsorship program, or other Platform functionality where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect users and account security.
  • Investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Conduct verification or compliance reviews.
  • Comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, or technical work.
  • Address cybersecurity threats or other risks to the Platform.

Where circumstances require immediate action, Vanock may implement a suspension or restriction without prior notice. Access may be restored when the relevant issue has been resolved or the required review has been completed.

17. NO OWNERSHIP OF A BOOK OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement, purchasing a Sponsorship Plan or participating in a Vanock program does not automatically grant legal ownership, copyright, publishing rights, or intellectual-property rights in any particular book, manuscript, character, title, or other creative work.

Any ownership, licensing, revenue-sharing, or other rights will be governed exclusively by the specific written agreement or program terms applicable to that opportunity.

18. BOOK PROJECT RISK DISCLOSURE

Book development and publishing involve commercial, creative, and operational risks.

By participating in a book sponsorship or development opportunity, you acknowledge that:

Each participant is responsible for reviewing the information and terms associated with a Sponsorship Plan or book-development opportunity before participating.

Information provided through Vanock is intended to help users understand the relevant book project and its applicable terms. Participants should carefully consider their own circumstances and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice before entering into arrangements involving financial commitments.

Any applicable distributions or benefits may depend on factors including:

  • Book sales and revenue.
  • Project performance.
  • Production and operating costs.
  • Marketing and distribution expenses.
  • Project timelines.
  • Available funds.
  • The specific structure and terms of the Sponsorship Plan.

No distribution or benefit will be provided unless expressly included in the applicable program terms.

Participants acknowledge that:

  • Project timelines may vary.
  • Publication dates may change.
  • Development may take longer than initially anticipated.
  • Certain Sponsorship Plans may have defined participation periods.
  • Early withdrawal, cancellation, or changes to participation may be subject to the applicable plan terms.

Vanock will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to affected participants where appropriate.

25. VANOCK REFERRAL & READERS REWARD PROGRAM

Vanock operates a Referral and Readers Reward Program designed to recognize members and customers for sharing Vanock with others and participating in activities offered through the Platform.
